Since September 2021, we have been supporting the German LegalTech company LegalTegrity GmbH in their sales activities. As an outsourced sales partner, our primary responsibility is to acquire new customers across Germany and Europe, ensuring that we provide comprehensive support throughout their entire lifecycle. During our collaboration, we have been instrumental in presenting the company’s software to potential clients through scheduled online sessions, each lasting approximately half an hour. In these sessions, we thoroughly address all questions posed by potential customers and subsequently work to finalize contracts.

Our role extends beyond mere sales execution. While we do not define the strategic direction of the company’s sales efforts, we consistently offer our expertise and serve as a sparring partner. Our experience in the market allows us to contribute valuable insights and numerous innovative ideas, which support the company’s growth and adaptability.

To date, we have successfully acquired around 150 customers. This achievement underscores our effective partnership and dedication. Our efforts have played an important role in aiding LegalTegrity GmbH’s transformation from a start-up to an established player in the whistleblowing software market. INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Since 2019, our collaboration with DealerCenter Digital GmbH has grown significantly. Initially, we focused on marketing the screens in their BikeCenter products to advertising partners. However, our role has since evolved into that of a strategic partner, actively supporting the company’s international expansion, beginning in 2023.

Our efforts have centered on exploring markets in Scandinavia, France, Benelux, and North America, leveraging our extensive industry network. This initiative began with a one-day workshop with the management team, where we defined objectives, developed ideas, and crafted strategic approaches.

More recently, we identified the UAE as a high-potential market and have taken on the role of key liaison between Landshut and Dubai. We are currently driving negotiations with major local players who offer significant marketing value, aiming to further internationalize and broaden the applications of DealerCenter Digital GmbH’s products.

Our primary objective is to support the company’s global growth in sales and marketing through strategic partnerships and targeted market expansion.

Our collaboration with qoom applications UG began in the early start-up phase of the company in 2018. At that time, qoom focused its activities primarily on the healthcare sector in Germany. Our initial objective was to strategically build up their sales framework, which included creating a sales matrix through direct marketing and forming partnerships with sales agents. Additionally, we played a crucial role in developing a roadmap for the further product and service development of their quality management software.

As the partnership evolved, our role became even more strategic. Beyond marketing, we conducted thorough market analysis to understand the requirements and preferences of both existing and potential customers. This analytical approach allowed us to adapt dynamically to the market’s needs and ensured that qoom’s offerings remained relevant and competitive. We also managed collaborations with cooperation partners and resellers, fostering strong relationships that supported qoom’s market penetration and growth.

Over time, qoom applications UG broadened its focus and now addresses the entire compliance sector with an advanced tool suite. In this expanded role, we continue to provide critical support, primarily by establishing a relevant network infrastructure. This network forms the foundation for qoom’s intended internationalization, positioning the company to enter new markets and achieve sustained global growth.
